ANIMATION SERVICES

Often times, animation can add a special touch to your web site. There are a number of factors to examine when considering animation. These include browser compatability, bandwidth requirements (e.g., how long will it take to load), and functionality.

When you decide that animation will add to your site, Cronk Consulting Services can create your animation in the format that best suits your needs. These include:

Animated GIF images
Compatible with all modern browsers, and do not require "plug-ins". Limited to 256 colors.
Streaming Video and Audio
Using technology from Real Networks, we can add true video or streaming audio to your site. See the streaming page for more information.
JAVAScript features
These solutions require very little bandwidth (they load fast), but require a modern browser to work properly. One example is when you move the cursor over a link (or the picture to the right) it changes.
Macromedia Animation
Using Shockwave or Authorware, Cronk Consulting can create a vivid interactive experience for your site visitor (including sound effects). These formats require "plug-ins" and therefore not all users are capable of viewing them.
